Pat and Jill Mente have been in the business of real estate, construction, renovation and creative design for over 20 years.

 

Cozy Cub Cabin Brookside was purchased as a hollow shell in the middle of the 2020 COVID pandemic with big dreams in mind. After about a year of their own personal hands-on work and driving passion, they opened the cabin for vacation rentals in 2021.

 

In 2023, the Mentes acquired a second cabin just 0.2 miles across the street from the first. After more even more work and hands-on dedication, they are thrilled to share Cozy Cub Cabin Mountainside with you.
