As a renter of Cozy Cub Cabin, located at 407 W Hague Road, Hague, NY, please read over the following guidelines for your stay and check-out. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page and click "Submit." We look forward to hosting you!

Cabin Rules:

• No smoking inside the cabin.

• No pets (unless there is written consent of host).

• No events, parties or large gatherings.

• Renter must be at least 25 years old.

• If you make a bonfire in the fire pit, please make sure the fire is out before retiring for the evening and before final check-out.

• Please report any damage to both the hosts and the online booking website as soon as possible.

Check-Out Instructions:

• Check-out before 11:00am (unless permission of different check-out time is granted by host).

• Wash and dry all used dishware/cookware and put away in original location.

• Make sure coffee pot is cleaned out.

• Put all used towels in the bathroom hamper.

• Strip sheets from used beds. If pull-out sofa was used, please remove bedding and put sofa back together. Leave used bedding in the bathroom hamper.

• Remove/dispose of all personal food items.

• Remove all personal items and any garbage inside or on the property.

• Place all garbage bags in dark green garbage cans outside near the Cozy Cub Cabin sign at the top of the driveway.

• Close outdoor umbrella.

• Log out of personal accounts on the smart TV.

• Leave wall units at 68 degrees.

• Turn off all lights, fireplace, electronics and appliances. 

• Close and lock all windows and doors.

Additional Information:

• Lost remotes and/or property damage will incur fees taken from your damage deposit. 

• Fees incurred by the renter through smart devices (Alexa, FireTV) will be charged to the renter.

• The host reserves the right to evict renter from the property at any time if rules are not followed.
